Information, not advice

Home Plan Check provides an introductory view of selected publicly available planning context for properties in England. It does not give planning, legal, architectural, survey, valuation or building-control advice.

Address and planning data

We use Ordnance Survey OS Places API for address selection and Planning Data records for planning context. A missing result is not confirmation that a constraint does not apply.

We will not pass your details to an independent professional without a clear further step from you.
